· How to shop SportsMagick.com

Shopping SportsMagick.com is easy. You can shop by team by using the drop down team menus on the bottom left of the screen. After selecting your team, you can further sort your team’s products by product category or price range at the top right of the screen.

· Searching for Products

Our search bar is located at the top right hand corner of each page. The search bar allows you to search our extensive list of products simply by typing into the search bar words that explain what you are looking for. For example, if you type “plaque” your search results will list all the plaques we offer.
You can use the drop down boxes below the search bar to narrow your search to obtain more specific results. These additional drop down boxes allow you to search by price range, by league, or by team.

· Sale Items

SportsMagick.com is committed to offering you low everyday prices. Occasionally, we run sales to pass along additional savings. Due to limited quantities of sale merchandise, if you see something you like, grab it before it's gone.
· Product Information

Simply click on a product image or the View Item icon for detailed product information and product specifications.
ORDERING

· Online Ordering

1. Find a product that you would like to buy by searching or browsing the SportsMagick.com site.
2. When you see an item you want to buy, click on the "buy" or "add to cart" button. This places the item in your shopping cart.
3. After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page or you may also select the “Proceed to Checkout” located in the mini shopping cart on the left side of the screen
4. In Checkout, we will ask you for your name, billing address, credit card number and shipping address. If you have concerns about submitting your credit card information online, please read our Security Policy.
5. Next, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (AZ residents only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click "Order Now." If any of the shipping or payment information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point or save your shopping cart.
6. When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email complete with a link to check the status of your order. If you registered with us prior to ordering, you will be able to view your order status and track your shipments directly from your My Account section.

· Phone Orders

If you do not wish to place your order over the Internet, SportsMagick.com makes it easy to order by phone. Please select your products and write down the item codes before calling. Item codes are located above the photos on all Product Information pages. You also should have your Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover®, ready to complete your purchase. Inside the U.S. please call 1-800-9-MAGICK (624425). Outside the U.S., please call 623-915-4425.

· Sales Tax

SportsMagick.com only charges sales tax for orders shipped to addresses in the state of Arizona. Sales Tax is calculated from the total of the merchandise purchased. Sales Tax will not be charged for any shipping costs.

· Using a Coupon

If you have an online coupon, make sure to carefully read its terms and conditions. If your order does not seem to reflect the benefits stated in the promotion, take another moment to review the promotional offer's terms and conditions paying careful attention to its expiration date. You will be able to enter your coupon code in your shopping cart before you checkout.

· Payment Methods

SportsMagick accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® online and by phone. PayPal is also accepted online.

· Canceling an Order

Please review your order carefully. Once you click the “Order Now” button, our fulfillment process begins and no changes can be made to your order. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that you may return the item for a refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
